I am extremely proud to present the Offshore Alliance 2024 Year in Review.

Our review showcases our hard-won battles, industrial victories, and member-driven campaigns that have lifted standards, wages, and conditions for offshore workers.

We’ve fought tirelessly against the race to the bottom, refusing to allow our members’ livelihoods be impacted by greed and profit. Our collective strength continues to grow, and we’re building more workplace power across the industry.

I’m proud to represent our members, the backbone of this industry, who in challenging conditions keep Australia’s economy strong. Your solidarity and determination in the face of adversity is inspiring every day.

Our collective team with the AWU and MUA working closely together demonstrates the power of unity, putting members first in every fight.

We’ve taken on the big players, and we’re winning. Wages and conditions are on the rise, and we won’t back down.
