Chevron workers: Report your Unpaid Super

September 21, 2022

The Offshore Alliance has recently discovered that Chevron Australia calculates employee superannuation contributions on base salary only. The Alliance believes that superannuation contributions should be calculated on the total of (base salary + field loading + annual bonus) rather than just the base salary. If the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) agrees with the Alliance, this would mean that Chevron Australia has been short-changing its employees in superannuation contributions. The Offshore Alliance will be reporting this issue to the ATO on behalf of members. If you are interested in participating, please fill in the form.

Please complete this form to permit the Offshore Alliance to make a complaint on your behalf to the Australian Taxation Office for the non-payment of your superannuation by Chevron.

Please note that the ATO will only discuss the progress of the complaint with you and not with the Offshore Alliance for privacy reasons.
